Fancy being a part of our mock interview panel?

On Thursday 2 April 2020 we will be hosting our annual Mock Interview Day for Year 10 students and we’d like to invite you, and/or your colleagues to attend as interviewers to offer our students the opportunity of experiencing a ‘real life’ interview.

The interview day will start at 8.15am with the chance to review students’ application forms and provide feedback – hot drinks will be served during this time.  Interviews will then begin at 9am and conclude at 2.45pm, with a break for a buffet lunch in between.

We’ll provide you with all the necessary paperwork on the day, including a feedback form for every student you interview – these forms will then be collected and given to the students to help them with future applications and interviews.

Any support you could offer towards this day would be invaluable in giving students the experience of the application and interview process before they undergo a similar exercise next year with Post-16 applications or job / apprenticeship applications.

If you’re interested in attending, please let us know by email to or on 01924 282740 by Friday 6th March.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

The Accord Multi Academy Trust is an educational charity established in September 2016 that is currently made up of four academies who were the founding members of the Trust. In September 2016 Horbury Academy and Ossett Academy & Sixth Form College came together, moving away from their stand-alone Trust status and were joined in December 2016 by Horbury Primary Academy and Middlestown Primary Academy.

The overarching vision for the Trust is to work in one ‘Accord – celebrating the differences of each academy through strong collaboration in order to inspire all members of our learning community to be the best that they can be.
