We believe that outstanding staff, not only teaching staff but support staff as well, are the key to our success. We see all staff, even those with us on a temporary contract as key members of our team. We are looking to appoint someone who recognises the importance of their contribution to our learning community.

We have a strong commitment to enriching the cultural experiences of all learners, and have a strong international dimension to all that we do. This is seen in our provision of languages at Key Stage 3 and 4, our varied international residential visits and links with International Schools.
